Everyone has the potential to self-heal either physically or emotionally.
Western medicine is a blessing for emergencies but what about everyday health and living? Many cannot afford to go to a doctor, chiropractor or psychologist each day or each week; fortunately, this is still not the only alternative. Non-western ways of knowing rely on self care, self-healing and self-medication, which ultimately makes sense. How, for instance do non domestic animals heal? They eat special plants, foods and rest in ways that will procure their quick recovery. Thanks to a great lineage of monks and martial artists we can still learn some of the secrets to longevity, abundance of being and self healing as an everyday way of living.

They are necessary not only for effective self-healing and combat but also for a larger strategy to navigate through life in the highest and most truthful manner.
