No experience necessary class will teach structural alignment, Qi flow and breathing in still postures and movement.
Focus is on a Baguazhang form the 88, circle walking, and partner drills.
Group is small and instruction is informed by the group’s needs.

Arrival instructions: Landsberger Allee and Ernst-Zinna-Weg go up the road Ernst Zinna Weg towards the Klinikum and enter the park on the first left. Find the large round platform sorrounded by 8 trees.
