This class series at the Philosophical Research Society will begin teaching bases for the internal martial art practice called Baguazhang.
New students are welcome, no experience is necessary. Adults of all ages are welcome including those with movement limitations. Everyone can benefit from the teachings.
Context for the practice, including Chinese medicine bases will be provided as well as a presentation of the lineages and the instructor.
This is an introductory course that will build on itself over nine weekly sessions. It is possible to come into the class without having attending previous ones. However for best results it is best to attend a series of classes.
